I started a bootstrapped project called "MyeSchool", an ERP for schools to connect Teachers, Parents, and Students.
The idea was ahead of its time, schools weren't ready, and I underestimated the money needed to scale and sell it.
I onboarded three schools, but the project closed in one and a half years due to lack of funds. It became my most expensive project, costing me significant time, money, and even an investor's loss.
I started a men's footwear brand called "Desi Juta" with a single store, later scaling through partnerships and online sales on Amazon and Flipkart.
Running it as a side hustle alongside my full-time job, I learned about technology, SEO, ads, and brand building.
The business was profitable, and after 2.5 years, I sold it for a gain.
I started "The Good Food", a cloud kitchen, launching multiple cuisine brands like Red Wok (Chinese) and Shahi Manzil (Indian & Mughlai) after taking a break from the corporate world.
The business grew fast during the Covid lockdown, but revenues dropped to just 5% once restrictions ended, while fixed costs stayed high.
Within 9 months, I had to shut it down due to losses and later returned to the corporate world.
I began my journey as an AI Product Manager, drawn by the pace of new technology and the learning it offered. I took online courses and an AI Generalist program to deepen my skills.
This entire website has been built by me with the help of AI.
